There are four dimensions to adult discipleship as offered at Fairlane Alliance Church.
The first dimension is core discipleship.
This level of discipleship is designed to equip every person who attends FAC to become a fully devoted follower of Christ, who is ready to serve with effectiveness and purpose. Core discipleship includes the following courses, offered on Tuesday evenings.
The Alpha Course (a ten-week course offered two times a year)
101- Growing a Team that Impacts Eternity
201- Discovering Your Spiritual SHAPE
301- Living a Contagious Christian Life
401 - Spriritual Warfare
501- Ten Laws of the Leader
These courses can be taken in any order, but all who call FAC their church home are encouraged to eventually take them all.
The second dimension of adult discipleship is small groups.
Small groups generally consist of 6-12 people who meet together regularly (often in homes), study together, pray together, and become positively accountable to one another for encouragement and growth. The core groups listed above will eventually be incorporated into small groups. Presently, we have 12 small groups functioning, involving about 130 people.

The third dimension of adult discipleship is one-on-one prayer partnerships.
As people get to know one another in small groups, it is our hope that prayer partnerships and mentoring relationships will develop.
The final dimension of adult discipleship is our weekly prayer and praise gathering.
We gather in the sanctuary on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM for prayer and praise. If you are looking for an opportunity to experience the power of prayer in a worship gathering, please join us.
Every dimension of adult discipleship at FAC is designed to balance information with application. Discipleship isn’t just knowing, it’s also serving---serving with excellence, understanding, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We desire to see discipleship play its intended biblical role in putting us in position to honor our mission and impact eternity.
